He gets this from his mother. Somehow the child made it nearly into his third year without eating a hot dog. I'm not sure how this travesty took place as I make it a habit to eat hot dogs whenever possible. They were on sale one day. I had a coupon. We bought two packages, and the rest is history. He has been eating hot dogs as quickly as possible ever since in order to make up for all those lost hot dog opportunities. There may have even been a day when he had a dog for breakfast, a dog for lunch, and a dog for dinner. He's three, so I can get away with that kind of thing. He hit the jackdog (I mean pot) yesterday when we stopped at Costco for a Costco dog. Okay, we didn't really stop for just the dogs. We also needed milk.

Are you serious! he's never had a hot dog! Wyatt lives on those things. I used to love them when we lived by a weinerschnitzel.
