I dragged the family down to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon blowing up extravaganza last night. It was cold. It was crowded. We saw Kermit the Frog, Dora, Spongebob, Horton, etc. We did actually watch one balloon being blown up. I'm not sure we'll go again. (I'm sure David will be relieved to hear that.) I wanted to go to the parade, but of course, both children were sick. Next year I'm going by myself if I must.
