wednesday, 8:10 pm

We have started a new bedtime routine. It looks like this:
  • 5:00 swimming in the pool
  • 7:00 dinner
  • 7:30 bath & jammies
  • 8:00 bed
It is proving to be quite effective. Zach fell asleep on the couch at 7:45. Sarah climbed in bed at 8:00 on the first request. I went to "put my pajamas on" which is code for go do something else and see if she falls asleep without needing someone to lay by her. She promptly zonked right out.
