A little tooth gets loose.
You wiggle it constantly in thrilled anticipation.
For weeks.
And tell everyone you know about your loose tooth.
When you can no longer stand it another moment,
you ask your dad to check the status of the tooth.
It wiggles and wiggles.
You use a tissue to dry it off.
Using all your strength, you try to pull it out.
With no luck.
Then you bring out the tools.
Pliers, to be exact.
It is time for the tooth to come out.
A little closer.
Success...and a little blood.
Recovering.
And you have lost your first tooth.
Just in time to take it to school for show and tell.
Mom and Dad assure you the tooth fairy will not mind but can instead come on Friday night.
As long as you don't put it under your pillow until then.
And she, or rather he (daddy did the honors), does.
What are you hoping the tooth fairy will bring?
$100
What does the tooth fairy bring?
$2
And you couldn't be more pleased.

This gave me flashbacks to the old man pulling out teeth that were not yet ready to come out with needle nose pliers that also serviced automobiles - I never did see them washed or sanitized.
Congratulations to Sarah!
Don't tell Jacob. He only got $1.
Hey Eric, can you find the infomercial for the needle nose plier sanitizer kit?
Mark
