So, it seems that S week lasted forever. I was tired (and grumpy). We weren't getting through many of the things I had planned. I just kept dragging it on and on and on without getting anywhere. Finally, David commented on just how low S week was taking, so I decided to move on to T week. We'll catch S week better on the way around next time. Here's what we've got planned for terrific T week:
- a tea party
- setting up a tent indoors
- treasure hunt--one with pictures to hunt for and one with written clues to guess
- treasure map
- eating trail mix, making trail mix?
- making pictures with triangles, looking for triangles
- using and looking for tools
- thumbprints
- tracing
- talking about time
- decorating tissue paper
- tissue paper pictures
- tear art
- making a family tree
- making tapioca pudding
- eating twizzlers and possibly toffee
- eating take-out
- riding the train (subway)
- NY Transit Museum
- using tweezers to pick things up
- playing twister?
- painting toenails
- making tacos
- playing pin the tail on the _____?
- getting tickets to somewhere or something
- eating treats
- making lots of toast
- building a tower
- making a turtle with a paper bowl
- decorating a t-shirt
- playing tic-tac-toe
- getting tulips
- playing with toys
- riding in a taxi?
- going for a hike on a trail by the Hudson River
- riding a trolley
- making toilet paper roll turrets for our castle
- tickle torture
