Remember how we had a great view of the George Washington Bridge? It was lovely. I always liked to look out the window at night just before going to bed. I especially liked seeing the bridge all lit up on holidays. Remember how we just moved? As it turns out, our new view is even better. Check out lower Manhattan from our front room window. Ummm, yeah. That's the Empire State Building. And the Chrysler Building. And Grant's Tomb. And some famous cathedral I can't seem to remember the name of. And lots of other cool buildings. This incredible view can also be seen from the kitchen, our bedroom, and Sarah and Zach's bedroom. The only place in our apartment you don't get this view is in the bathrooms. I think we might be playing a new game called "I Spy A Building." We're also going to spend a lot of time watching and counting boats on the Hudson River, counting airplanes, and looking for the MetLife blimp. I don't think I'll ever tire of looking out the window. Especially at night. I might, however, tire of holding Zach up so he can look out the window.

We really want to visit you again and see that amazing view from the other side of the river. We're waiting for any one of the kids to grow out of the picky eater phase. That might take a while. So far Matthew is in the lead.

This is so late that I'm sure you won't see it....
But - that IS a beautiful View. Is it St. Patrick's Cathedral you're thinking of?
