We set up our socks for the twelve days of Christmas today and got our first twelve days gifts. Zach really just enjoyed pulling the socks and clothespins off the strings and playing with them. I've already cleaned them up and redone them twelve times. I loved shopping for little gifts for the kids this year to fill their socks. Most things were a dollar or less. Sarah loves to get up in the morning and see what is in her sock--and in Zach's sock. Fortunately, he doesn't seem to care that she's getting into his stuff. This makes it seem like there are twelve days of Christmas--bright, happy kids every morning for just a little, tiny gift they can scavenge for in their sock.
