sleeping with zach

I wouldn't recommend it. He's a whole lot wiggly. And his bed is small. And he's already sleeping with Thomas and a host of other trains. And several miles of track. Great Waterton Station and Morgan's Mine often sneak in as well. The bed simply wouldn't be full enough without a few bridges and a railroad crossing or two. It's getting a bit ridiculous. He's been known to sleep with the whole cast of Toy Story characters. He also likes to sneak Legos into bed with him. And Lightning McQueen is a regular. Every night after he has finally fallen asleep, I go in to rid his bed of the nighttime visitors. It takes some searching and some sneaking and some subtle flashlight maneuvers. He's usually asleep on top of a stack of books. Those can be a bit tricky to wrestle out from under him. I'm starting to wonder if maybe the little darling gets up so blooming early because I miss a bed friend or two at night, and when he rolls over on Buzz Lightyear at 5:00 am, Buzz blasts him awake. What would be really swell is if his bed buddies would entertain him in the wee hours of the morning in addition to the hours late into the night.
