- how to wake your mother when she doesn't want to get up

- everybody loves a good snuggle
- but it's only 6:00
- at least it's not 5:00
- good morning, sunshine!
zach: walk quietly into your mother's bedroom
mom: pretend to be asleep
zach: climb up on the foot of the bed and snuggle in
mom: continue pretending to be asleep
zach: snuggle up between mom and dad
mom: keep eyes closed
zach: climb on mom's head
mom: gracefully roll over and disentangle head while still pretending to be asleep
zach: climb out of bed, turn on the lamp on mom's side of the bed, turn on lamp on dad's side of the bed, continue turning them on and off in a strobe light fashion
mom: snore loudly
zach: snuggle up between mom and dad again
mom: roll over to the other side
zach: climb out of bed, pull the covers off of mom, grab her hand, and yell (preferably in her ear while simultaneously tugging on her hand), "Come on, mom, let's go!"
mom: fall out of bed and take a deep breath (or maybe 12)
dad: roll over and pretend like nothing has just taken place

Oh Dear, that is why I opted for the bunk bed for Wyatt, he still doesn't know how to get down the ladder thank goodness!
