We've been trying something new for lunch, and it is working like a charm. I set up Sarah's lunch in a muffin tin. It's perfect for controlling portion size and providing a variety of foods for her. It's also helping me to get more fruits and vegetables into her diet. Plus, she eats all of it. If she doesn't finish it all at lunch time, I simply put it in the fridge and then direct her to it later in the day if she is hungry. We have also done some snack times with the muffin tin. She gets so excited when I pull out the muffin tin. Initially I thought it would be hard to prepare, but it has been a cinch. It has also helped me to eat more fruits and vegetables since I already have them out to prepare Sarah's lunch. I saw this idea on this blog and just thought it was so clever.

that's a good idea!
What a great idea! Remind me about in a couple years when Max is eating solid food.
