wanted

I want something like this, and I'm wondering if any of you have seen something like this in your Internet perusals or real-life travels or know how I can make one. If so, let me know, so I can get one up on my wall to accommodate all of the art and other junk we are accumulating. Basically, it is a system for hanging art creations from your kids. It needs to have two or three items (preferably not gender specific and also very classy looking) that attach to the wall itself for support (seen here as snowflakes or candy which I do not want). It also needs to have something (I don't want rope or string so much) to string between the support pieces and clips of some sort to attach the artwork. I also don't want to pay a fortune for it. Any ideas?
