become NY Giants fans--especially if they're going to the Superbowl in two weeks. It turns out David decided to become a Giants fan last week--two games ago--when things started looking good. I guess I can cheer for them as well since they're the home team for us here. It was kind of exciting when they beat the Packers on Sunday. I could hear people cheering in the street outside my window as the commentators on the radio (which the people outside were listening to) shouted "The NY Giants are going to the Superbowl!!!!" Sarah cheered for the Packers and will likely cheer for the Colts (I mean other team, who is the other team, anyway?) during the upcoming game. It was quite humorous to watch as David cheered, "Go Giants," followed by Sarah cheering, "Go Packers," each and every time.

Sarah's going to be even more disappointed if she's rooting for the Colts. They were eliminated two weeks ago.
I can't bring myself to root for either team do to my built in bias against teams from New York, Boston and L.A. But since it is the Super Bowl and it is being played less than 20 miles from where I live, I suppose I will watch. One thing's for sure; the weather will be a whole lot better than it was in Green Bay. Yesterday we took the baby for a stroller walk because it was 65 degrees out.
Thanks for pointing out that I don't know nearly enough about football, John!
