macy's flower show

We went downtown today to the Macy's Flower Show at Macy's in Herald Square. It was beautiful and so much fun. It would have been better minus children, but what can you do?! The flowers were extraordinary and so fragrant. Picture the largest department store you've ever been in filled with flowers everywhere. It was pretty fancy. I could not imagine all of the different kinds of flowers, the sheer number of flowers, and the incredible amount of effort that must go into putting this display on as well as keeping it fresh. These pictures only scratch the surface. It's something you have to see for yourself.
