on the downhill side to one

The little guy is six months old and counting...on the downhill side toward one. He's still quite the happy fellow for which I am so grateful. It makes life so much more pleasant.
He's enjoying the exersaucer in small increments of time. He usually just tries to eat the toys on it and gets angry when he can't reach them with his mouth or pull them far enough to get them in his mouth. He also likes to blow bubbles.
His binky is his favorite toy. He likes to put it in and take it out of his mouth and chew on it. This has provided him with hours of entertainment over the last month. He nearly always puts it in upside down. The first time he landed it back in his mouth, it was upside down. You could almost see his confusion at why this familiar thing didn't feel so familiar. Now he is proficient at simply sucking on it upside down as well as right side up.
If you look very closely in this picture, you can see his teeth--two on the bottom. They came in a few weeks ago (like maybe three), and I have been trying and trying to get a good picture with them ever since. It hasn't worked out for me yet, so this is the best you're going to get for now. We now have probably around 100 head shots of Zach in my attempt to get one showing off his teeth. Sarah and I attempted solids with him today. We've waited a while to start due to some possible allergy concerns as well as the exorbitant price of baby food here in the city. I figured at six months we had better give it a go!
As you can see, he wasn't particularly thrilled with the whole thing.
