I went to the occupational therapist today and had a fabulous arm massage. I considered asking her to massage my back as well. The visit also included some heating and some icing to loosen the old arm up before working it out. There was minimal pain but some muscle soreness as we're trying to force my elbow to both open and close as much as possible. My range of motion is improving, and I have a number of exercises to perform at home now as well. She used this fabulous stuff I have pictured here-Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. I was quite impressed with it and will be going to a pharmacy near me soon to hunt some down for my own personal use.

It also helps to get rid of stretch marks. That's why I've gained and lost weight so seamlessly through the years.
How did you know that? I considered adding that tidbit of information but decided against it as I didn't want to seem too vain. Also, no stretch marks to speak of this time around!
Eric you're too funny. I've always wondered if any of that stuff really works for stretch marks...glad to know you've tested the waters for the rest of us.
I work in a pharmacy. I'm asked questions like this constantly.
