I recently read in National Geographic (September 2007 issue) that only 2% of the world's population are redheads. I had no idea they were so few and far between. They also reported that they are at risk to become extinct by the year 2100. Although I am not a real redhead, I do have a fair amount of red in my hair and have been known to throw in some red highlights every now and again. It is also a bit redder since I had the baby. Here's to hoping that redheads from all over will find each other and keep the redhead genes alive and kicking! We need those genes to liven up all the blondes and brunettes.

redhead dilemma

I guess I'm doing my part. We still don't know where Calvin's hair came from. Save the redheads!
Gosh - only 2%?!? That's surprising. Guess we should feel lucky to more than our share in the Vawdrey clan now!
The Virtues probably have 1% of them.
So what you are saying is, I have to marry a redhead? I might need help.
We'll keep our eyes open for hot redheaded New York guys for you. We have lots of singles in our ward as well as a singles ward in our building.
Yahoo for the redheads! I'm glad I withstood all the teasing when I was young and held out for Julia Roberts to give redheads a good name.
