happy birthday to david

This is a very special happy birthday shout-out to David/Daddy! The big 3-0! We hope you have a wonderful day! This is a picture that I love that Sarah took of her dad on his graduation day. Some of my favorite things about David include the following:

• He's good at anything and everything he does. If he wants to do something or learn something, he does, and he does it well.
• He is well-liked by others. He can fit in in any social situation.
  
• He's a great dad and often more patient with Sarah than I am.
• When he sees a need, he fills it. He is always very helpful and giving of his time and skills to family and friends.
• Good things are always happening to him, and he excels in many things because he works hard.

I asked Sarah what her favorite things about her dad were, and she responded with the following:

• He plays dolls and hide and seek with me.
• He lays by me at night.
• He makes me flying flapjacks (pancakes).
• He takes me to do special things like riding the Trax to see Deep Sea, going to the Toys R Us in Times Square, and to Puppetworks in Brooklyn.
• He plays music for me.
