you wake up next to a giant stuffed cat (named Gato Grande and pictured above) that was apparently placed in your bed by your three-year-old during her camping trip/picnic that took place the day before in your bed with the above cat as well as a host of other stuffed animals including duck, Kipper, gato pequeno, Care Bear, elefante, etc. I thought I had packed them all up and hauled them back to her room, but as it was dark, the blankets were a mess (also courtesy of the camping trip/picnic extravaganza), and I was tired, it appears that I missed one. Fortunately, we have a king-sized bed with room for all of us. I know you all wish you could be so lucky!

At least you got a soft toy. Bryn used to put her Thomas trains to sleep in my bed (imagine lying on a big pinecone, except harder).
I've had similar issues with Laura and flat irons.
There was another cat in the bed when we woke up this morning. This time it was Penny-much smaller and all white. We are never getting a real cat!
