I've got a bad case of the hungries. Unfortunately for me, I'm only hungry for stuff like oreos, m&ms, candy bars, chips, brownies, cookies, and other such awful stuff. I keep trying to tell myself that it's because I have a baby and no time to eat healthy, but I think this is just wishful thinking. Truth be told, I think it just reflects on my complete lack of will power. I wish I could be more hungry for things like apples, oranges, bananas, cheese sticks, carrots, celery, and other such nutritious things. This junk food diet wouldn't be so awful if I were finding any time to exercise (another story for another day), but actual exercise (other than just walking around town) eludes me. Any ideas for curbing my hungry for junk food appetite? Any ideas for things that taste great (as in sweet and yummy) but aren't terrible for you?

If it makes you feel any better I have been working out at night instead of going to Mousercize. It's just too DAMN cold and you aren't there to keep me responsible.
I've got a terrible case of the sweet tooth here. I feel compelled to bake something nearly every day. I give a lot of it away, but I'm sad to say that plenty of it makes it into my tummy. Gotta exercise or I'd be as big as a whale. I have zero willpower.
Sorry, I'm of no help. In fact, I am all for not giving any heed to willpower whatsoever, (as far as eating and exercise go of course.) With that said, I'm only 25, and I hear that my metabolism will really lose steam in the next couple of years. But what the hay - I've still got a couple of good years I guess. And so do you for that matter - live it up! Life's more enjoyable that way! Bring on the Christmas baked goods! The higher the calorie count, the tastier as far as I'm concerned.
