mormon night at the mets

Although we aren't really huge baseball fans, who could pass up the opportunity to attend a major league baseball game for $6?! It was Mormon Night at the Mets game last night, so David and my mom went. I stayed home with the kids for a trial period to see how I could survive an evening with two children flying solo. It was a resounding success. The missionaries sang the National Anthem, and the game was long but fun. They left in the seventh inning and still got home about 11:30 pm. These are some shots my mom took of Shea Stadium. Eat your heart out, Aaron!!!!!
